Credits are the "currency" you purchase to use AgentBond. 

Tasks in AgentBond cost credits.  

We've translated to Human terms to help people understand. A task that would typically take 1 hour would cost 10 credits. It's roughly equivalent to paying someone $16/hr an hour to handle HubSpot tasks on your behalf. 

In addition to credits, you have access to a HubSpot Strategist that is available to meet with you. Certain plans include monthly meetings, however any active customer can use their credits or purchase more credits to add additional meetings as needed. 

These numbers aren't exact but serve as a rough translation around what you can expect to accomplish with your credits: 

• 10 Credits - 60 minutes of messaging with AgentBond around general HubSpot questions
• 20 Credits - Building 1 complex workflow / Building 2 basic reports
• 100 Credits - Building a dashboard with 10 reports.
• 200 Credits - 1 hour enablement training (Led by a Human)
• 1000 Credits - Implementation and Enablement of a HubSpot Best Practice Playbook

Once you reach your credit usage limit for the month, Bond will pause future work. 

If you purchase a yearly plan, Bond will notify you that you've reached your monthly limit. You can choose to continue working which will debit your yearly block of hours. 

To continue working you can choose to upgrade plans or allow overages for the reminder of the time period. This provides some flexibility for those months where you might need a little more help, but not ready to commit to a higher plan. 

Overages costs vary based on what plan you are on.
